Tokely01General rules
Use Tokely only for lawful purposes. You must also follow the usage policies of the upstream model providers whose models you use. You are responsible for content submitted through your account and API keys, including by your own users.
02Prohibited content
- Child sexual abuse material or any sexualisation of minors.
- Content that facilitates terrorism, violent extremism or credible threats of violence.
- Instructions or material for weapons capable of mass casualties, including biological, chemical, nuclear or radiological weapons.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery and sexual content depicting real people without their consent.
- Content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other intellectual-property rights, or violates privacy rights.
- Harassment, hateful content targeting protected groups, or content that promotes self-harm.
03Prohibited activities
- Fraud, scams, phishing, impersonation or deceptive practices, including undisclosed deepfakes of real people.
- Creating or distributing malware, or gaining unauthorised access to systems, accounts or data.
- Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging or automated abuse of third-party services.
- Surveillance, tracking or profiling of individuals without a lawful basis, and unlawful collection of biometric data.
- Decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on people, such as credit, employment, housing or legal status, without appropriate human review.
- Election interference or large-scale political disinformation.
04Service integrity
- Do not attack, overload or probe the service for vulnerabilities without our written permission.
- Do not bypass rate limits, spending limits, billing, authentication or account restrictions.
- Do not share, sell or publish API keys, or resell access in a way that conceals the end user from us when we ask about abuse.
- Do not use payment methods you are not authorised to use, or use the service to launder funds.
05Sanctions and export controls
You may not use Tokely if you are located in, or acting for a person in, a country or region subject to comprehensive US, EU or UK sanctions, or if you are listed on a sanctions list. You must comply with applicable export-control laws.
06Enforcement and reporting
We may investigate suspected violations, remove content, revoke API keys, and restrict, suspend or close accounts, as described in the Terms of Service. We may report illegal content to the relevant authorities.
