Tokely uses the following service providers. Each receives only the information needed for its function.

02AI model providers
Each request is fulfilled by the AI Providers that serve the selected model and route: providers of the model, model API, inference infrastructure, moderation or routing. Selecting a model authorises the AI Providers that serve it, and routing, retries and fallback can involve more than one of them. Because routes change as models and capacity change, AI Providers are not listed individually on this page and are not announced in advance; customers who ask for email notices are told when a new AI Provider is added. Retention, safety review and any training use of content depend on that provider’s own terms, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Business customers can request the current list of upstream providers for the models they use at sup@tokely.me. Do not send special-category or regulated data unless we have agreed suitable arrangements in writing.
03Changes to this list
We update this page before a new infrastructure subprocessor starts processing customer personal data, except where an urgent change is needed to keep the service secure or available. AI Providers are handled as described above. The effective date shows the latest version.
Customers covered by our Data Processing Addendum can ask to receive change notices by email and may object to a change to the infrastructure subprocessors on reasonable data-protection grounds by contacting sup@tokely.me.
